These Terms govern your use of Carlo.AI (the "Service"), operated by All Facets Consulting. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Carlo.AI is an AI-assisted tool that helps you record money transfers and categorize transactions, including optional connections to QuickBooks Online and Google. You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the data you enter.
Carlo.AI is software, not a licensed CPA, accountant, or tax advisor. Its suggestions and journal entries are aids, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all entries, and anything filed or attested should be reviewed by a qualified professional. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and for compliance with applicable laws.
When you connect QuickBooks Online or Google, you authorize Carlo.AI to access and modify the relevant data on your behalf to provide the features you use (e.g., importing your chart of accounts and writing back categorizations you confirm). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Paid plans (if selected) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. A free tier is available. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that suggestions will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlo.AI and All Facets Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You can export your data before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
